Rate, payment and cancellation conditions

• The special rate is quoted per room, per night and includes 3.8% VAT and service charges.
• City tax of CHF 5.50 per person, per night is not included.
• A credit card is required at the time of booking; no charge is made until check-out.
• No cancellation charge applies when the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival and before 15:00 Lucerne time.
• For a late cancellation, no-show or early departure, 100% of the reserved nights will be charged.
