Salvia Restaurante

The restaurant is the basis of all the nutritional programs offered by ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea. The restaurant's decor is in the same style as the rest of the hotel: large windows fill the room with natural light, and the ceiling mosaic was designed especially for ZEM. This work of art creates a unique and cozy atmosphere. In the open air, guests can choose between sunny or shady areas with views of the sea and nature. The restaurant is conceived as a place to relax and enjoy the senses, a place where guests can enjoy cutting-edge cuisine. The meal plans are based on the Mediterranean diet and use local, seasonal and organic ingredients, most of which come from the Finca Althaya farm.
