Gastronomic-concept restaurant run by the Padrón Brothers with Two Stars in the MICHELIN Guide Spain and Portugal 2023 and Three Repsol Suns. Juan Carlos Padrón, the man at the helm of the restaurant, is the only Canarian chef to have received the prestigious Chef de L’Avenir award from the International Academy of Gastronomy in 2017.
