Gastronomic-concept restaurant run by the Padrón Brothers with Two Stars in the MICHELIN Guide Spain and Portugal 2023 and Three Repsol Suns. Juan Carlos Padrón, the man at the helm of the restaurant, is the only Canarian chef to have received the prestigious Chef de L’Avenir award from the International Academy of Gastronomy in 2017. He is assisted by his brother, Jonathan, the patissier; and Raquel and María José, with their respective partners, are responsible for the dining room and bodega. As a part of their family history, there has always been a focus on gastronomy, through which they have consistently learned about the essential values of hard work, determination, and the constant pursuit of excellence.
