Restaurant Alexandre exudes pure Alpine romance. Here, coziness combines with stunning views of the Matterhorn and regional and Mediterranean delicacies. In the morning, the rich breakfast buffet will delight both early and late risers, offering regional delicacies, a wide selection of freshly squeezed juices, fresh bread and rolls from the local bakery, and hearty egg dishes. In the evening, chef Luigi Lafranco draws inspiration from the mountains and the Mediterranean. The menu features fresh fish from saltwater lakes and streams, as well as meat from Riffelalp cows. A special menu is available for vegan guests, with daily changing culinary delights, such as a dessert buffet or an extensive appetizer buffet. For the hotel's youngest guests, a children's buffet is served at 6:15 PM. Where kids will find healthy and favorite dishes... Open daily from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM (kitchen closes at 9:00 PM).

The Ristorante Al Bosco is completely in the mountain spirit, casual with a certain alpine chic. In winter you can ski-in and ski-out, and during the summer, the terrace’s location in the middle of the hiking area attracts sun-lovers and Matterhorn fans alike. Ristorante Al Bosco is dedicated to Italian and Swiss Alpine cuisine. Ingredients are sourced as much as possible from the region and from producers in Switzerland and Italy. On the menu you will find uncomplicated Italian classics such as pasta and risotto, daily changing specials and of course the tiramisu – which is not to be missed. Highlights such as the Matterhorn pizza and the Riffelalp "Gamelle", a hearty soup with spinach, potatoes, leeks, pasta and cheese with a long Swiss tradition, are legendary.

The hotel invites guests to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in the spa at an altitude of 2,222 meters, overlooking the beauty of the Matterhorn. At Europe's highest-altitude spa, guests will experience true well-being and deep relaxation. A special highlight is the outdoor pool, heated to 35ºC, surrounded by a magnificent panorama of the Valais Alps and offering a direct view of Switzerland's breathtaking landmark, the Matterhorn. In summer, the Zermatt panorama shines in all its splendor, creating the perfect backdrop for lounging on a sun lounger.
