One&Only Kéa Island

One&Only Kéa Island is an ultra-luxury cliff-top villa resort inspired by authentic and pure Mediterranean living that opened on 1 June 2024. Situated on 160 acres of beach on Kea, the closest island in the Cyclades to Athens – just 15 minutes by helicopter or 1 hour by car and boat – this dreamy retreat promises privacy in a secluded bay. Boats dock at a private pier right on the resort grounds, while an alternative option is a ferry to the public port of Kea (Korissia Port). In such cases, the resort can arrange transport from the port to its properties by Land Rover upon guests’ request.
