Dining options include the two-Michelin-star Atelier restaurant serving finest regional and international culinary creations, the Garden with summer terrace offering classic and contemporary cuisine, the historic vault of Palais Keller presenting Bavarian specialities with its own bakery, and Trader Vic's preparing Polynesian dishes from the wok oven using original recipes. The Blue Spa Lounge, with its winter garden and terrace, serves light wellness cuisine above the city rooftops.

Building on a time-tested foundation of haute cuisine (acclaimed as of August 2025 under the leadership of Chef Anton Gschwendtner: two Michelin stars, four toques at Gault & Millau, nine Gusto pans, three F from Feinschmecker), Chef Anton Gschwendtner has been proving since November 2021 that culinary masterpieces can be true works of art on a plate. With his purist French cuisine with Asian influences and the use of seasonal and regional ingredients, the concept of culinary pleasure takes on a whole new meaning. And, of course, he is relentlessly committed to continuing the successful development of Atelier into the future. In the luxurious, minimalist interior designed by Axel Vervoordt, guests will experience the atmosphere of an art studio with a cozy ambiance. Behind a movable wall designed by Dirk Vander Eken, they will discover a cozy private room or a small terrace lined with flamed maple – the “Silent Garden” – while enjoying excellent service and perfectly matched wines.

Garden

Guests can expect an inspiring blend of timeless classics and contemporary cuisine, which can also be enjoyed during a business lunch. The Winter Garden, designed by renowned Belgian designer and art dealer Axel Vervoordt, features industrial details reminiscent of an artist's studio and an adjacent garden terrace. A fireplace separates the restaurant from the garden lounge.

Blue Spa

High above the rooftops of Munich, the Blue Spa is the crowning glory of the hotel. On 1,300 square meters, star architect Andrée Putman has created a unique wellness refuge for body and soul on four floors:Swim in the 6.50 x 14.50 m pool - in good weather, under the open sky, as the opening glass roof makes this possible. If it's less warm outside, the open fireplace provides cozy warmth. Our sauna offer ranges from the particularly gentle bio-sauna with color therapy in the ladies' area to the mixed Finnish sauna with infusions and the classic aroma steam bath. A plunge pool and a separate relaxation room support regeneration. A solarium and Munich's most beautiful sun terrace with a view over the city leave nothing to be desired.
