Brach Paris is generous and family-oriented, embodying the values of sharing and balance. Its "birth certificate" reveals a former huge postal sorting centre from the 1970s, within which the visionary imagination of creator Philippe Starck was allowed to roam free across 7,000 m². The result: 1930s architecture meeting modernism, Bauhaus, Dada, and the Surrealists. Warm colours and natural, raw materials — wood, leather, concrete, glass, marble, and metal — combine with an enchanting selection of unusual objects, furnishings, and works of art to create a warm atmosphere. Cultured, energetic, atypical, and luxurious, Brach Paris is a place where beauty and art flow together.
The 59 rooms and 6 suites offer a unique blend of design, comfort, and the Parisian art of living. Designed by Philippe Starck, these light-filled spaces combine noble materials, characterful objects, and an intimate atmosphere, creating an experience that is unmistakably Parisian.
Brach Paris' tables are shared, colourful, lively tables resonating day and night to the rhythm of the city — a journey in itself. The restaurant is an immersion in the generous cuisines of the Mediterranean, while on sunny days the kitchen garden on the rooftop offers a soaring sky. All these spaces bear the signature of Chef Adam Bentalha, reflecting his warm and generous touch.
At the heart of the hotel, the Sports Club and Treatment Suites form a sanctuary dedicated to well-being, performance, and relaxation. Inspired by the boxing clubs of the 1930s, this unique space features a 22-metre swimming pool, hot water pool, sauna, steam room, and salt cave, alongside a comprehensive range of fitness, wellness, and therapeutic services. Extending the experience, the Clarins treatment suites provide a peaceful retreat in a warm setting enriched with natural materials, artworks, and carefully curated objects — a place designed to nurture both body and mind.
Brach Paris creates exclusive experiences where elegance, well-being, and discovery come together — a collection of precious moments in which every detail celebrates pleasure, freedom, and the exceptional.

Like the Restaurant, the Bar is a full-fledged journey where we find joy, generosity and sharing, values which are dear to Brach hotel. Always inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, the bar team works from fresh produce: condiments prepared on the spot, mortar ground spices, cold-pressed juices and products such as home-made syrups.

This summer, Domaine Minuty takes to the Brach Paris rooftop to unveil La Villa Minuty, a lavish new venue echoing the elegance of the French Riviera, where the Domaine’s story began in 1936.
Inspired by the sea, every detail from the furnishings to the Riviera-inspired colors has been carefully curated to recreate the atmosphere of the Saint-Tropez Peninsula.
The menu celebrates the art of the Provençal apéritif, featuring simple, regional products that pair perfectly with the Domaine’s wines, including the signature cuvées from the Or range and the prestigious cuvée 281.
An exclusive experience, every evening from 5:30 p.m. to midnight.
