Night tariff from 20-00 to 08-00, surcharge + 20%

Driver waiting time

  • At the airport – 1 hour after the scheduled landing of the plane.
  • At the hotel - 15 minutes
  • At the railway station - 20 minutes

After the specified time has elapsed, the driver may be released or an additional invoice will be issued for additional waiting time.

If tourists are delayed, they must notify the agency in advance.

If the flight number is changed and the arrival time is postponed by more than an hour and less than 24 hours before the date of service, an invoice will be issued either for additional waiting hours or for a new transfer, depending on the customer’s decision.

If you cancel the transfer less than 24 days before the service is provided, a 100% fine will be withheld.

If clients cannot find the driver at the meeting point, clients are required to immediately contact the dispatcher at +33 (6) 6492-34-15 or their manager or driver (if they have his number).

All additional stops along the route not specified in the voucher are subject to clarification with the agency and are paid additionally on the spot or through the agency.

The driver has the right to refuse to provide a transfer if the passenger is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Refunds are not provided in this case.

INSURANCE in case of delay (delay at connection, change of tickets) of the plane or change in the stated service time at least 12 hours in advance - upon request.
