This is THE OMNIA. The name of this mountain lodge symbolizes its philosophy. The term "omnis" comes from the Latin word meaning "all, everything, whole, complete". Loosely translated, the feminine form of the word "omnia" means "all, whole, all-encompassing".

THE OMNIA, with its unique location, interior design, exquisite cuisine, holistic wellness program and the people behind it, strives to create an atmosphere of complete peace and harmony with nature. THE OMNIA is a fusion of many different elements and influences that create a single harmonious whole.THE OMNIA is a modern interpretation of a traditional mountain lodge. Here in the Swiss Alps, the quintessentially American mountain lodge concept has been reimagined for its European setting by New York architect Ali Tayar.
This cultural dialogue is the starting point for the design.THE OMNIA is located in the center of Zermatt, high on a cliff, 45 meters above the rooftops of the town. After passing through a tunnel, guests enter an elevator that rises through the rock and takes them to the lobby at 1,649.4 meters above sea level.

30 rooms, including 12 suites, a library and a restaurant with fireplaces, a lounge bar, a boardroom and two sun terraces, rising above the rooftops of Zermatt – almost next to the Matterhorn.

A gourmet breakfast buffet awaits guests in THE OMNIA’s spacious 60-seat restaurant. During the day and for dinner, the restaurant is open to both hotel and non-hotel guests.

The wellness centre with its otherworldly atmosphere offers true relaxation.
