Rocco Forte House is an exquisite 19th-century Milanese palazzo located at the intersection of fashionable Via Manzoni and Via della Spiga, in the heart of the exclusive Quadrilatero della Moda district. Carefully restored to its original splendor, the building is now a private residence with 11 unique apartments.

The interiors of Rocco Forte House were created by Paolo Moschino Ltd in collaboration with Olga Polizzi, Design Director of Rocco Forte Hotels. The apartments and their design are unrivaled style, thoughtful comfort and absolute privacy surrounded by fashion, art and the history of Milan.

Each charming apartment offers spacious living spaces including a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and one or two bedrooms. For larger groups and families, two apartments on the third floor can be connected to form a three-bedroom space.
At the top of the house, on the roof of the five-story building, which will open in 2025, is the perfect place to relax while admiring the stunning city calendar. Downstairs, the atmosphere of a classic Milanese home features a panoramic courtyard, a tranquil seating area filled with plants, available to all guests. For a change of pace, an outdoor gym on the floor is open 24 hours a day.
