As an ultra-luxury private residence in a class of its own, the villa features an impressive array of wellness and fitness amenities including a large pool, jacuzzi, three private terraces, a sauna, hammam, fitness room, private treatment room and entertainment areas including an underground lounge, cinema room, private dining room and wine cellar. The villa comprises 9 double rooms which comfortably sleeps 18 guests. It can be booked with or without professional staff depending on preference.

This extraordinary villa, built over three floors, covers an estimated area of 2000 m2 and includes a separate guest villa where guests can enjoy privacy. The villa with exceptional amenities offers 7 rooms, a master bedroom with a private terrace, a family cinema, and a 200 m2 wellness center with Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, swimming pool and gym.
In the basement there is a teppanyaki area for 12 people. The exclusive garage can accommodate up to 10 cars, and the most exclusive car is displayed in the glass hall. An underground lounge, wine cellar and private bar with state-of-the-art sound system make for ideal evenings with friends and family.
Ultima Grand Villa is ideally located for private and corporate events, as well as product launches. It can be rented for both short and long periods of time.
