Traveling With Kids

In order to maintain our atmosphere of calm and tranquillity, the minimum age for admission to the SHA is 12 years old
However, Management may admit children under that age in exceptional circumstances, as long as they are accompanied at all times by their parents and/or guardians and behave politely and respectfully
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed access to common areas such as the Clinic Area, Hydrotherapy Circuit, SHAmadi Restaurant, Fitness Area, swimming pools and terraces

Traveling with pets

Pets are allowed as long as they do not exceed 5 kg and are under the constant responsibility of their owner, who ensures that they do not cause any inconvenience to other guests
Pets are not allowed in public areas, including the wellness clinic area, hydrotherapy complex, SHAmadi restaurant, fitness area, swimming pools and terraces, or in elevators
In case of non-compliance, the guest will be asked to place the pet outside the SHA premises, otherwise the hotel will cancel the reservation and charge the guest 100% of the total cost
An additional daily fee will be charged for placing the pet

Important Hotel Features

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the SHA premises
All suites are non-smoking, so if the staff finds traces of tobacco or smoking in the suite, a cleaning, air purification and air conditioning fee of 500 euros will be charged

For this reason, guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 2pm and 4pm and after 10pm
When watching TV or listening to music, guests are asked to set the volume to a level that can only be heard in the room
Likewise, the use of mobile phones in public areas is completely prohibited, and headphones are required when using tablet devices and/or music players
